The collective drone flights utilized:

  • The Arash UAV is equipped with anti-fortification, anti-personnel, and incendiary warheads,

Additionally, the drones carried bombs such as Qaem, Dastvareh, Arman, and a variety of Almas missiles.

Also, for the first time, the Army Ground Force unveiled laser-guided bomb systems in this exercise. These systems feature high accuracy, precision targeting, and powerful destructive capability, with the ability to operate in various weather and geographical conditions.

It is reported that in the final phase of the army’s security, offensive, and mobile exercise, the Badr anti-armor missile, portable by personnel, was successfully operationalized. This missile can destroy targets at distances of up to 2 kilometers.

Furthermore, Mohajer and Ababil strike drones armed with Qaem bombs, targeting and destroying terrorist gathering areas across the border. Subsequently, the collective flight operation of offensive and destructive drones was successfully executed for the first time.

The final stage of the Army Ground Force’s offensive, mobile, and security drill was conducted in the general western region of the country. The event was attended by high-ranking military officials, including Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Major General Seyed Abdolrahim Mousavi, Commander-in-Chief of the Army, along with other senior commanders and officials from the Armed Forces and Army.

Similar to the Army Ground Force’s drill in the northeastern region, the organizational weapons used in this exercise were upgraded from “G3” to “Masaf-2.” This change was implemented to leverage the advanced capabilities of the new weapon system, ensuring optimal results during the drill.

The “Masaf-2” weapon system is domestically produced by Iran’s Ministry of Defense, showcasing the country’s progress in military technology and self-sufficiency in defense manufacturing.
